A position has become available for a site manager for a client at one of our schools in Chester.
We are a facilities Management company based in Chester city centre we supply cleaners caretakers and site managers for Cheshire and Cheshire west council.
We also have the parks contract and a number of schools in the Cheshire and Cheshire west area.
The job roles of the site manager are as follows: * MONDAY TO FRIDAY * SPLIT SHIFT *7AM TILL 9AM * 1PM TILL 7PM * BASED IN CHESTER * SALARY 27K 30K DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE * 52 WEEKS A YEAR * Monday to Friday The job roles of the site manager are as follows: * Maintain the buildings and amenities of the school effecting all necessary repairs and improvements.
* Monitor all works related to grounds maintenance; ensuring that specified standards are achieved and that contract compliance is obtained.
* Organise and supervise the work of the caretaking and cleaning staff on the school site including arranging work schedules monitoring cleaning duties.
* Order supplies of cleaning materials and other caretaking materials.
* Identify staff training needs; in order to achieve quality work and the most effective deployment and competence of staff.
