School Site Cleaning Operative - £12.15 - Exeter

For this role you must have your own transport, either a Car or Motorbike, due to the locations.
We are recruiting School Site Cleaning Operatives for our Facilities Management client.
Based in Exeter, ideally this role would suit someone who has been in a similar role before.
This role could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Hourly Rate: £12.15 Work location: Exeter Hours of Work: 06.00-14.00 & 10.00-18.00 on a rota basis Days of Work: Monday to Friday Start Date: As soon as possible Own Transport Required for this role What will you be doing: You would be expected to close up the main building, keep all grounds tidy and weed free, ensure inside and outside of buildings are well stocked and presentable.
Conduct minor repairs, various regular cleaning duties, move desks, chairs, boxes, changing light bulbs etc walk around the buildings ensuring the buildings are safe and tidy doing regular checks of high footfall areas such as toilets.
