School IT Technician | Staffordshire (on-site visits required) | Full Time – Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm | £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for problem-solving and innovation?

As an Experienced School IT Technician, you will provide top-tier IT support to schools and businesses in the Staffordshire area.
From day-to-day troubleshooting to managing full-scale IT projects, this role offers a chance to showcase your skills and grow your expertise.
The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly integrate with our client's culture.
Are you the right person for the job?
At least 3 years of professional IT support experience, ideally in a UK school setting Proficiency in IT systems, with strong problem-solving capabilities Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows (10/11), Windows Server, Active Directory, networking (LAN/WAN), and virtualisation platforms (VMware & Hyper-V) Ability to work on multiple projects and meet service level agreements Flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive Strong communication and interpersonal skills Committed to personal and professional development What will your role look like?
Maintain and repair computer systems and IT equipment, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers, interactive whiteboards) Create, maintain, and troubleshoot computer networks (server & client) Identify and resolve issues affecting operating systems and other devices Contribute to IT development projects, ensuring smooth delivery and implementation What can you expect in return?
