About the Role As a School Governor, you will collaborate with other governors and school leaders to ensure the school delivers the best possible education for its students.

Key Responsibilities Attend regular meetings and contribute to discussions on school policies and strategic priorities.
Help to establish the vision and ethos of the school, ensuring it reflects the needs of the community.
Monitor the school's performance and hold leaders accountable for educational outcomes.
Support the school with budgetary decisions and resource allocation.
Engage with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the local community, to gather insights and feedback.
