Job Title: School Cook with Food Tech Responsibilities We are seeking a qualified and experienced School Cook to join our team at Castle Garden School, part of Options Autism.
Key Responsibilities: To plan and prepare high-quality food and catering service for the school To manage and supervise all kitchen staff To oversee Food Tech responsibilities associated with this role Main Tasks: Plan menus for the school taking into account dietary needs of students Monitor stocks by date rotation, portion control, and quality in accordance with budgetary controls Set up and clean down kitchen areas before and after use Minimise waste and provide suitable food for staff and students with special dietary requirements About Us: Castle Garden School is an independent specialist school for pupils with autism between 5-11 years old.

Location and Hours: This role is based at Castle Garden School in Guildford, Surrey, and involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The contract is permanent, term-time only.
