School Club Leader (E6427) - Fieldhead Carr Primary School We are looking for the right person to lead a new chapter in our successful Before and After School Club provision, someone who will be fully committed to all aspects of safeguarding and child protection.
We need someone who will enjoy the challenge of planning for and delivering activities for a wider range of children, and who will relish the chance to offer a homely, welcoming space for children at the beginning and end of the day.
Finally, we seek someone who cares and will build strong relationships with our children so that they look forward to coming to school each day!
It is an exciting time in our school's journey, as we continue to grow from a 1 form entry school to a 2 form entry.
The number of children accessing the provision is rising, and as a result, the successful applicant will be in charge of a team of at least 3 other staff members.
A love of teamwork will be important in this role.
We are looking for someone who has the child at the heart of all they do.
Our socially diverse intake means our team needs to be skilled in understanding that the life of every child is different and, as a result, their needs will be too.
The after-school club should be a safe, calm, and fun place to be.
The right candidate is someone who is creative, adaptable, and passionate about children's right to achieve their individual goals.
They should be emotionally intelligent and able to promote that in the staff they work with.
