You will support the Vice Principal and the Deep Support Team in managing the consequences procedures and all of the administration.With the drive to contribute to an atmosphere of respect, recognition, optimism, celebration and mutual support within our Academy which promotes equality within and values the diversity of our School community.
You will be required to work closely with our Deep Support Team to support the provision for students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and to develop their full potential.Outwood Academy Carlton places students at the centre of everything it does, with a focus on creating a culture of success, a positive climate for learning, increased student attainment and social and emotional development.

The role of the Student Behaviour Administrator is to be the gatekeeper of the consequences system.
You will manage the procedures to log and track data to provide reports and accurate information for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), as such the successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively under pressure, be reliable, organised and be a conscientious individuals who is a flexible team worker and shows initiative.
The successful candidate will also need to be able to manage student(s) behaviour and communicate effectively with Parents/Carers.Achieving Academy status in February 2016 as part of the Outwood Grange Academies Trust, Outwood Academy Carlton is going from strength to strength.
