School Administrator Contract type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday 7.45am to 4.15pm (40 hours per week) term-time, plus 3-weeks.
Salary: £26,100 FTE (proratad £21,300) Anticipated start date: ASAP Closing date: 29th January 2025 Interviews: Expected shortly after closing Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire Job Overview School Administrator (Pre-Prep, Cover, and Co-Curricular) About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised School Administrator to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Head of Pre-Prep and Pre-Prep colleagues, Deputy Head Academic (Cover), and the Co-Curricular Coordinator.
This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our Pre-Prep department and supporting the delivery of engaging co-curricular programs.
About You: You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel and be a confident and professional communicator as there will be regular engagement with colleagues, governors, and parents.
You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be able to work flexibly, adapting to the needs of the department where required.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
