We are seeking a dynamic and organized School Administrator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our school.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative tasks, including student enrollment, attendance records, and scheduling.
Coordinate communication between teachers, parents, and students.
Maintain and update school databases and records.
Assist in the preparation and management of school events and activities.
Handle inquiries and provide information to parents and visitors.
Support the school leadership team with various administrative duties.
Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
