Secondary School Administrator Darlington  Full Time ASAP start £83.33-£95.00 per day - Salary dependent on experience  An opportunity is available for a dedicated and organised individual to join a secondary school as an admin assistant This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient running of administrative functions within the school.
Key Responsibilities: Carrying out basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Maintaining and managing student attendance records.
Providing a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and assisting with reception duties.
Supporting teachers, staff, and school management with administrative needs.
Managing telephone inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assisting with general clerical tasks and maintaining office organization.
If you have admin experience, hold a DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one then we would love to hear from you.  You will need to hold a GCSE Maths & English Qualification Grade A-C and be willing to undertake soem mandatory CPD training.
