Secondary School Administrator School Admin Stockton-On-Tees Wednesday to Friday 3 days per week from 8:00am-4:00pm ASAP start- Long term supply role  £90-£110 per day - Salary dependent on experience  An opportunity is available for a dedicated and organised individual to join a large popular secondary school in Stockton-On-Tees as an admin assistant.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient running of administrative functions within the school.
Key Responsibilities: Carrying out basic administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Maintaining and managing student attendance records.
Providing a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and assisting with reception duties.
Supporting teachers, staff, and school management with administrative needs.
Managing tele inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assisting with general clerical tasks and maintaining office organisation.
Person Specification Experienced admin- Ideally experienced in working in a school although not essential Excellent communcation skills Able to work in a fast paced environment  Confident speaking with parents and visitors both face to face and on the   Excellent computer skills
