Scheme Manager Over 55's 32 hours per week (4 or 5 days) Circa £24,202 per annum (FTE £27,984) Henfield, West Sussex Our Scheme Managers' key priority is to facilitate and enable older people in retirement housing to live as independently as possible.
We are looking for a Scheme Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working 32 hours per week.
We can be flexible as to whether you would like to split these hours across 4 or 5 days.
The role will be working between three of our lovely schemes in Henfield: Fabians Way, Maidment Court & Sobell Court.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for providing continuity for residents and colleagues in delivering excellent scheme-based services including: Enhanced Housing Management service (EHM) advising on income maximisation, promoting independence and tenancy sustainment.
Tenancy management low level rent arrears, antisocial behaviour and letting empty properties.
Facilities management management of communal areas, health & safety, and compliance Partnership working developing relationships with external agencies in the community.
