Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Scheduling Administrator who can provide administrative support to the scheduling team and various business functions to achieve qualitive and quantitative results.

Responsibilities Timesheet data analysis and processing to meet finance pay period deadlines Booking and admin control of various department travel and accommodation Admin control of all department vehicle fleet Assisting department managers with engineer vehicle stock and tools Assisting department managers with induction of new field engineers Booking and admin control of field engineer training and qualifications Assisting department managers with uniform procurement and supply Required Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Word Attention to detail Problem solver Analytical Commercial awareness Ability to work to tight deadlines Sustain a disciplined approach Take ownership of main duties Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Relationship building Desirable Payroll experience
