Scheduler/Planner

To provide a first class customer service to our external and internal customers, Plan in the work for our field-based colleagues whilst liaising with customers and ensuring the job can be completed efficiently.
Duties- Schedule and book work with clients, ensuring the field staff diaries are planned efficiently Provide all required information for each job Organise the use of sub-contractors if required, raising PO's Understand planning KPI's and the revenue tracker Ensure all information is recorded Order parts to be used for each job Requirements Previous experience in a similar position Logistics / Planning roles is essential Water Treatment (advantageous) Excellent communications skills both written and verbal Being commercially driven to ensure the right decisions are made Benefits ·        Access to a benefits portal (My staff shop) offering a range of discounts/offers.
