What You'll Be Doing: Scheduling Success : Support and manage the scheduling of training programs.
System Administration : Keep the booking system and Learning Management System (LMS) up to date and running smoothly.
Data : Analyse and interpret data to drive meaningful insights.
Customer Champion : Communicate effectively with clients and swiftly resolve any issues.
What We're Looking For: Data Proficiency : Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills.
LMS Experience : Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System.
Quick Learner : Adaptability and the ability to hit the ground running.
Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
