We provide the highest levels of expertise and performance across our four key business areas: mechanical, electrical & instrumentation, fabric maintenance, and access solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Scaffold Supervisor with offshore scaffolding experience to work on heavy lifting vessels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: Report functionally to the responsible engineer and oversee the competent inspection, reporting, and evaluation of in-service equipment.
Ensure all activities are implemented safely and effectively, in accordance with company procedures and high service standards.
Manage personnel in an international workforce, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
Understand and execute scaffolding work scopes as required.
Maintain the highest Health & Safety standards.
Conduct onsite Health & Safety audits periodically and ensure action plans are fulfilled.
Conduct periodic Toolbox Talks, PPE, and equipment inspections related to Health & Safety.
Ensure the completion of annual company H&S objectives in line with key industry accreditation and company policy.
Maintain and obtain relevant Health & Safety qualifications by staying updated with regulations.
Qualifications Required: Minimum Advanced CISRS Card.
CISRS Advanced Inspection Card.
Valid BOSIET or FOET Offshore Certification.
Full UKOOA Medical, ENG1 Medical.
MIST: Minimum Industry Standards Training.
CA EBS/Bideltoid.
Working and rescue at heights/Confined Spaces.
At least 7 years of experience in the field, with demonstrated leadership qualities.
Prepared to work a 5/5 rotation, which may be extended due to sailing times.
