Experience in Care of the elderly is essential.  Applicants must have experience as a care assistant and possess an NVQ 3 Health and Social Care.
and have a medical dispensing qualification.
The successful applicant must demonstrate a clear understanding of the issues and tasks involved in the day-to-day provision of care to service users.

About The Role As a Senior Care Assistant , you will be supporting the care team in delivering quality personal care to each of our residents.
Supporting them with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene.
Understanding our resident's communication needs and adapting your communication Support to the individuals and their families, offer confidence and reassurance.
As team player who works well with others, a natural easy communicator, patient and understanding with the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
Good observation skills, a sense of humour and a positive outlook.
