Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute user research activities, using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to gather valuable insights.
Translate research findings into user needs, personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and insights reports.
Align research aims with broader project goals and strategic objectives.
Present findings compellingly to stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in.
Build and maintain effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and navigating challenges.
Champion user-centred design principles and advocate for users throughout the design process.
Essential Skills and Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience in user research, either as a dedicated User Researcher or as part of a user-centred design or service design team.
Proficiency in employing diverse research methods to uncover insights into user behaviours and needs.
Ability to link user research findings to a project's objectives and strategic goals.
Strong skills in creating and communicating user research artefacts such as user needs, personas, journey maps, and insights reports.
Confidence in presenting findings, influencing stakeholders, and managing complex relationships.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with a creative and innovative approach.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Security Clearance Requirement: Current and valid SC Clearance is essential for this role.
