This role involves working closely with engineering and management teams to align integration activities with programme governance and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain project integration plans that align with the overarching SATCOM Programme integration strategy.
* Lead integration efforts across multiple SATCOM Programme activities, ensuring seamless coordination between ground, management, and user segments.
* Support project Verification, Validation, and Testing (VV&T) activities to ensure systems meet operational needs.
* Collaborate with project and programme teams to ensure successful delivery into operational use.

* Ensure all integration activities adhere to SATCOM Programme governance frameworks and standards.
Essential Skills and Experience: * Proven experience in planning integration activities for large, complex SATCOM systems.
* In-depth knowledge of Satcom Ground, Management, and User segments, including design and implementation.
* Strong background in system engineering techniques and familiarity with KiD guidance.
* Comprehensive understanding of the entire engineering lifecycle, with a particular focus on test and acceptance.
* Excellent Subject Matter Expert (SME) and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to critically evaluate evidence and determine which areas can be managed independently versus those requiring SME involvement.
* Experience in Testing and Acceptance within SATCOM programmes.
Desirable Skills: * Experience with MOD procurement processes and a good understanding of Defence Lines of Development (DLODs).
* Familiarity with SKYNET and its operations.
* Experience with Integrated Test, Evaluation, and Acceptance (ITEA) activities on large-scale projects.
* Background in testing and delivering satellites, network management systems, capability upgrades, and RF systems.
* Ability to work in ambiguous environments, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
If you have a background in satellite communications integration and are experienced in leading complex technical projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
