Role Overview As a SAS Platform Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our client delivery team.

You will be the go-to expert on SAS-related queries, aligning closely with analytics users to meet data needs and improve system performance and security.
What You'll Do In this multifaceted role, you'll: Oversee clients' SAS platforms to guarantee smooth functionality and exceptional user experiences Support users' analytics and reporting needs, bridging IT capabilities with data requirements Manage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-line support for customer platforms, ensuring SLAs are met Plan and execute maintenance, release testing, and impact analysis for SAS updates Lead technical account management, providing strategic advice and roadmap planning Spearhead managed services innovation, continually enhancing our service offerings
