They are migrating to SAP S4 Hana across the business and are seeking an experienced SAP S4 Hana Transformation Director to join the team to ensure the smooth delivery of their ERP migration.
The company have embarked on this journey, but now seek a Transformation Director who can join to ensure the successful end-to-end delivery experience within complex environments.
The company are looking to bring an S4 Hana Transformation Director into the business and be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the organisation's SAPS/4 HANA programs, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Essential Requirements : Extensive experience delivering large-scale S4 Hana implementations Experience in managing global SAP projects and working with geographically dispersed teams Financial management and budgetary control skills with a focus on maximising ROI for SAP investments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
