This esteemed institution is known for its dedication to excellence and innovation.
As such the institution is implementing SAP S/4 HANA across their estate which is to include the SuccessFactors module.
Your new role We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors for a 6-month contract.
The role involves managing HR / People & Change projects as part of the SuccessFactors module of the implementation.
A Technical SuccessFactors PM is already in situ so this role will have a focus on people & change management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, excellent project management skills, and the ability to assert themselves effectively.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manages and maintains relationships with all stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks.
What you'll need to succeed A bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, including talent management, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance.
Experience in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors technology, though not necessarily at an expert level.
You will need to be an outstanding communicator with a pragmatic approach.
Large scale Public Sector environment experience would be beneficial.
