Job Benefits:20% bonus Key Responsibilities:Ownership of the Lead to Cash process for Pet Nutrition in the ERP transformation.Provide strategic input on SAP S/4Hana design, processes, and organizational alignment.Collaborate with enterprise DT leads, architects, process GPOs, and SI partner architects.Define use cases, KPIs, and ensure technical coherence of the solution.Manage problem-solving tasks and drive innovative, data-driven solutions.Experience:Strong background in SAP S/4Hana transformations and Lead to Cash/Order to Cash processes, ideally in the consumer goods (CPG) industry.Experience in large-scale global digital transformation projects.Demonstrated ability in strategy, planning, governance, and team management.Skills:Customer-focused, with strong stakeholder management skills.Innovative and flexible, with a passion for leveraging data and new tools.
