Change management and training is a key part of the SAP strategy and product portfolio and the NTT Data Business Solutions growth strategy to accelerate the development of our business and expansion from a traditional back-end service provider to an end-to-end provider of digital transformation projects.
There is a big market opportunity to help existing NTT Data Business Solutions customers, existing SAP customers, and new customers achieve their digital transformation goals with the addition of change management and project-based training services as part of our suite of tools.
Experience and knowledge of user journey mapping and personas in the context of UX/UI will be advantageous.
In summary, the Change & Training Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Change and Training Manager or Lead with content input and tasks that support the change and training journey on an SAP client project.
As NTT Data Business Solutions incorporates wider technologies such as ServiceNow, the roles within the Change Assurance team will adapt the method and tooling to provide support on these other technology implementations.
On-the-job training is provided on the NTT Data Business Solutions project toolset.
Responsibilities and Expectations Be an integral part of the Change and Training Team transforming trust into value both in project and practice work.
Deliver within prescribed timelines high-quality Project Business Change Deliverables as requested.
This may include any combination of the following:
Contribution to Change & Comms Strategy & PlanChange Network Design, setup & supportChange Impact AssessmentsTrack actions arising from Change Impact AssessmentCommunications materialUser Journey MappingProcess MappingBusiness Readiness approach & metricsTracking business readinessDepending upon the specific project, there may be other deliverables – these provide an indication of the types of activity a Change and Training Analyst will be involved with.
Support the Change and Training manager in carrying out the following training activities:
Training needs analysisTraining tool selection and configurationIdentification and setup of Course facilitiesTrain the trainer training and if required end user Training deliveryCourse feedback.
Share knowledge, skills, and experience for the greater advancement of the team.
Take responsibility for self-directed learning.
Adopt the principle of one consultant two skills.
