Sample Coordination Intern

Casablanca Paris is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Sample Coordination Intern to support our team.
In this role, you will play an essential part in managing product samples, assisting with logistics, organisation, and documentation.
Reporting to our Sample Coordinator, you will be supporting to ensure a smooth workflow within our luxury fashion brand.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in fashion operations while collaborating with teams across Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Production, PR, and Product Development.
The role: Assist with tracking, receiving, and organising incoming and outgoing product samples.
Keep accurate sample inventory records, ensuring each item is correctly labelled and documented.
Assist with maintaining the sample invoice, archives, and storage areas for efficient sample retrieval.
Assist with the domestic and international shipping and receiving of samples.
Prepare samples for photoshoots, fashion shows, or showrooms, ensuring they meet brand standards.
Coordinate with couriers and internal teams to manage timely deliveries and pickups.
Organise and pack sample collections for Fashion Week, showrooms, campaigns, and other key company events, involving some manual handling and lifting.
Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Marketing, Production, PR, and Product Development teams to handle sample requests and fulfil needs.
Data Entry & Reporting - Upload seasonal collection data to Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) from internal trackers.
Maintain real-time updates on sample tracking systems (Launchmetrics), tracking usage, movement, and return dates.
Quality Control - Inspect incoming samples to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any issues to relevant teams for repair or replacement.
The candidate: Recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Strong interest in luxury fashion, with a desire to learn in an operational/logistical role.
Effective verbal, written and organisational skills with great attention to detail .
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient IT skills in Microsoft O ice Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP tools (a plus).
Manual handling capability for lifting boxes up to 15kg.
Previous experience in fashion operations, retail, or logistics is a bonus.
