Salesforce Technical Lead (Financial Service Cloud) We are working with a well-known organisation looking to build out their Salesforce Technical Practice within the Financial Service Cloud industry.
With them already having a great name within the financial service industry, they are expanding their team and looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join them.
They are looking for this Salesforce Technical Lead to be a SME for Financial Service Cloud, lead the technical delivery teams, collaborate with the Technical Architects and wider teams to produce high level technical designs whilst prioritising technical activities.
As the lead, you will be expected guide and mentor Salesforce Developers as well as get your hands dirty yourself with the more complex Salesforce tasks.
You will be speaking with high level stakeholders and bridging the gap between the technical team and the business.
You will work in a collaborative environment to identify and design the technical road map.
What you will will also do: Lead the technical teams to deliver high quality and scalable Salesforce solutions Be a SME for Financial Service Cloud Be the go between for the Salesforce Developers, Architects and the business Work with the Architecture team to help design solutions Translate technical solutions to stakeholders and non technical people Be the mentor to other Salesforce Developer who are more junior Suggest new ideas and ways of working within the team Lead technical discussions and advise on Salesforce Best Practice Requirements: Experience implementing Financial Service Cloud Experience working within complex, large scale Salesforce environments Great understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, especially Financial Service Cloud The ability to translate technical requirements and designs to non-technical people Ability to lead teams and mentor more junior members Excellent programmatic Development skills.
Apex & LWC Experience in high level technical discussions with other business units and stakeholders Salesforce Architecture knowledge or experience is highly desirable Experience leading multi cloud or complex implementations Integration experience using API's or Middleware tools The ability to be approachable and personable This role does not offer sponsorship and you must be in the UK.
Salary - £85k - £95k
