Be part of an exciting team where you will be challenged every day Work closely with the range of teams within the business to bring products to life Work with customers and identify opportunities to support their strategy and improve their processes across functions The Role As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and providing technical solutions, managing integrations, and leading development teams.
Expertise in Apex, LWC is essential.
Key responsibilities: Design and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform Lead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practices are adhered to Provide mentorship and code review feedback as required Daily management of a development team Building (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirements Work with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patterns Scoping, sizing, and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed upon Define/refine the development workflow for the development team Act as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritizing issues as required Review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity
Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Strong expertise in Salesforce Development Experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Visualforce Strong understanding of Salesforce Eco-System Expertise providing and implementing technical solutions Excellent technical documentation skills Excellent communication skills Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies Good to have: Experience implementing OmniStudio solutions
