Salesforce Solutions Engineer

My client are a market leading insurance firm, who are currently at the forefront of growth and innovation.
They are looking for a Solutions Engineer with expertise across Salesforce to join to the team as part of their continued growth journey across the organisation.

They are looking for a talented, passionate and versatile Salesforce Engineer, with a growth mind-set and a commitment to technical excellence.
You will be a key member of their agile development community, building and maintaining their Salesforce Ecosystem and its integration with their in-house insurance platform, whilst embracing industry best practice standards.

Key responsibilities:
Developing solutions to the required quality, design, coding, performance and security standards.
Providing production support through investigations of incidents, triage and fix.
Testing solutions thoroughly, prioritising the use of automated testing standards an techniques.
Using a mixture of Low Code and Click driven solutions alongside more customised coded developed options when required.
Creating and supporting custom lighting web components and triggers alongside scheduled batch jobs.
Ensuring quality and continuous improvement through design reviews, code reviews and retrospectives.
Taking collective ownership for the platform as a whole responding to its needs for stability and availability.
Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure the continuous growth of our development community.
This is a hybrid role, based in either the North West or Middlesborough.
