Job Description About the JobThis role will cover both administering and developing the Company's Salesforce CRM.The role will be varied covering multiple projects of differing sizes at the same time across all areas of the business.Roles and Responsibilities:You will carry out Salesforce development project work to meet the requirements of the business – for example, improving the sales order process.Ensure that the CRM system is available to all staff and is functioning correctly.Respond promptly to user enquiries and issues, ensuring a speedy resolution with regular communication and updates.Capture user requirements by adopting business analysis techniques and design solutions within the CRM.
Provide estimates for changes required to the CRM system, and constructively challenge the business priorities.Manage users expectations and ensure there is clear and open communication of progress.Obtain sign off from users and stakeholders on specifications and delivery criteria.Research into new releases and technology that can help enhance the use of the CRM system within the company.Contribute to team forums, so that knowledge and best practice are developed and shared for the benefit of the company.Deliver training to users on changes that have been made to the CRM system.Skills Required:Enquiring mind-set and willingness to self serve solutionsAble to interact confidently and constructively with a wide range of people at all levels, internally and externally, technical and non-technical.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.The ability to work alone and as part of a team, with a common goal.Well-developed, proactive, can-do, customer centric attitude and behaviour.An ability to solve problems in a logical manner, thereby rectifying customer issues speedily and efficiently.
A minimum of 12 months experience of administering Salesforce.com Salesforce ADM 201 and DEV 401 qualifications Graduate level qualification preferred A minimum of two A levels and five GCSE passes at Grade "C" or above, to include English Language and Mathematics An in depth working knowledge understanding of business analysis techniques and tools Knowledge of Apex and/or Java programming Please send your CV to ****** in Word format, along with your salary expectations.
