About the company We are partnered with one of the UK's leading Salesforce partner's who are known for delivering Salesforce multi-cloud solutions to luxury brands around the UK.
The position is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, working on implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to their clients.
Key Responsibilities: Work with clients to gather and understand their marketing requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Designing, building and deploying Marketing Cloud solutions Configure and customise Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Develop and maintain complex data extensions, queries, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients Requirements: Bachelor's UK degree with a 2:1 or higher in a Business, IT or Marketing related field Proven experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g.
Email Specialist, Consultant) are beneficial.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer segmentation.
Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
