Salesforce Developer

Salesforce Engineer required to join a group of diverse companies offering a range of Shared Services.
Office will be based in Bristol, remote working initially Overview: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
This role involves determining business needs, designing technical requirements, and building out necessary customisations to ensure the Salesforce environment meets and exceeds organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Head of IT and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Develop and maintain complex workflows, data validations, and custom triggers.
Conduct regular system maintenance, ensuring the health and efficiency of the Salesforce environment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and incorporate new functionalities into the existing system.
Experience: 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce customisations.
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices.
