Contribute to projects that optimize sales processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth for software products and services.
Key Responsibilities : Leverage your expertise in Salesforce CRM and CPQ to design, configure, and deploy customized solutions that meet the unique needs of software businesses.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and IT, to gather requirements, define business processes, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points, streamline workflows, and develop strategies for maximizing ROI through CPQ enhancements.
Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from solution design and configuration to testing, training, and post-deployment support.
Provide ongoing guidance and best practices to optimize CPQ processes, improve sales efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience : Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a focus on CPQ implementations, preferably within the Software industry.
Strong understanding of CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting strategies, and quote generation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and integration with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
