I am currently working with a global company that is looking to expand its Salesforce practice and seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a solid background in accounting.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a key role in optimizing business processes and enhancing the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations.
Design solutions that optimise user adoption, business processes, and reporting functionalities within Salesforce.
Leverage your understanding of accounting principles to optimize financial workflows within Salesforce, including integration with accounting systems, invoicing, financial reporting, and data integrity.
Work closely with different teams to design and implement custom reports, dashboards, and data integrations that provide actionable financial insights for senior leadership.
Identify inefficiencies within both Salesforce and accounting workflows, and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
Skills required: Strong background having worked in a Salesforce environment.
Proven experience or understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, invoicing, and general ledger processes.
Familiarity with ERP and financial management software is advantageous.
Excellent ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions within Salesforce, particularly for financial processes.
