Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Office-based (UK-based with occasional remote flexibility) Reporting to: Head of Technology Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience Role Overview: As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and innovation within our Salesforce environment.
You will play a key role in optimising our use of Salesforce, specifically leveraging Financial Services Cloud, to support sales and underwriting teams.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments, including our Australian team, you will design and implement streamlined processes and workflows that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: System Administration: Oversee day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, permissions, configuration, and customisation.
Salesforce Development: Design and deploy custom solutions in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, utilising tools such as DataRaptors, FlexiCards, and OmniStudio.
Process Optimisation: Work closely with sales and underwriting teams to streamline workflows, enhance data accessibility, and simplify processes within Salesforce.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and best practices within Salesforce, including handling data migrations, data hygiene, and deduplication.
Collaborative Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Credit, and IT, to develop solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support Salesforce users across the organisation.
Cross-Time Zone Collaboration: Participate in some team meetings outside of regular office hours to accommodate collaboration with our Australian team.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within the financial services industry.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud, including data models and specific functionality for lending.
OmniStudio Tools: Proficient in using DataRaptors, FlexiCards, and OmniStudio for building custom solutions.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on collaborative working.
Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to handle complex data, workflows, and ensure precision in Salesforce configurations.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Financial Services Cloud Consultant, OmniStudio Developer) are a plus.
