PA to Sales TeamMarcilly Recruitment's client, an independent property firm in West / South West London zone 2, are seeking a PA to support their busy sales team.
The role will be supporting 7-8 people in various capacities depending on seniority.
They are a friendly, warm and humorous bunch who all get on well.
They definitely want someone who will be a good fit for the team as they are an office of 15+ who all work closely together in a collaborative environment.It is a buzzy, open plan office with everyone sat together.
The role can be very fast-paced, so lots of things can come at you at once, which means they need someone who is calm under pressure and good at prioritising.
There can also be down times, so they need someone proactive because there are always things to do and little office projects to get on with.
They are seeking someone who is down to earth and happy mucking in as it is a non-hierarchical environment with everyone helping out.There is definitely room to grow within the firm long-term, whether that be progressing more on the ops side or on the property side.
The founder did say this person could grow into a Head of Administration & Operations.
They are a strong performing firm who always pay a Christmas bonus, this will be discretionary depending on work performance and company.They are seeking a candidate who has worked in a sales team before on the admin side.
