Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top technical talent across various domains within the technology/engineering industries.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams.
Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Team Leadership and Development: Act as a mentor and leader to new hires, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to help them succeed in their roles.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
Strategic Planning and Growth: Work closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support business growth.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on roles within the technology/engineering industries Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and colleagues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
