Sales Team Leader (Player Manager)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Team Manager to head up their sales team, being apart of the development and growth of an already successful team.

Leadership and development of the current sales team, leading the way for the team to achieve sales targets.
Using performance related methodology to improve and explore the teams individual sales strategies.
Hands on training and coaching of individual team members ensuring
Conducting team wide training sessions, around product, sales techniques and engagement strategies.
Training through call shadowing and side by side support.
Collaborating with the senior leadership team on projects, initiative's and development plans.
The ideal candidate will have experience of service based selling, you may already be managing a sales team, or you have come from a sales background with the desire to manage a team as our client is happy train and develop someone in this role.
Salary: up to £40,000 dependent on experience, a commission structure, health cash plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Eye Care Scheme and competitive pension scheme.
Hours: Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm
