Sales Team Leader (Permanent, Temporary)

Our client, who is an award-winning energy consultancy, is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and develop a team of 8 Telesales Consultants .
This role involves driving team performance by motivating, coaching, and supporting each member to excel in an outbound B2B telesales environment.
If you have proven experience in B2B telesales management , strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting – APPLY TODAY!

Inspire and motivate the team, using your expertise to help them achieve their full potential.
Provide hands-on support to the agents by identifying trends in their performance
Work with Quality Control and L&D to schedule coaching and training sessions.
Oversee performance management, conduct 1:1 meeting, provide coaching and mentoring
Drive engagement and promote sales incentives for the team
Achieve the financial goals of the business and maintain high standards of customer care
Provide quality data and reporting to enhance key sales insights and drive results
Previous Management experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the energy sector .
Skilled at transforming data and information into insights that inform decision-making
