Sales Team Lead

Sales Team Leader £36,000 per annum + bonus Job Type: Permanent / Full Time Location: Lichfield, Fully Office Based Hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00 pm.

Support the Senior Sales Manager with return-to-work processes and sickness management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while sharing relationship knowledge via CRM and internal updates.
Collaborate on targeted campaigns, promotions, and process improvements.
Provide product and application advice to customers, ensure training completion, and proactively seek new knowledge.
Coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock levels for exceptional sales or live projects.
Oversee CRM usage, project tracking tools, and ensure alignment with specialist sales teams for merchant lead transitions.
Conduct regular 1-to-1 reviews, set objectives, address team issues, and organise departmental motivation events.
