Sales Support Executive? Supporting the Private Equity (EMEA) Team Hybrid - Mon, Tues, Thursday in Central London office We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to join our EMEA Private Equity Practice.
You will be responsible for supporting the client facing team with strategic key account development activities and client service excellence.

Improving the Division's market capitalisation by proactively seeking out and utilising information via research methods (client referencing, Pitch Book etc.)
and analysis of current clients/success (CRM reports, Consultant insights).
This can involve:? Building detailed reports about main clients and main target clients, which can be accessed by all through the system.
The reports would have information on the entire structure of the fund, main decision makers, assets, diversity, latest C-Suite hires and main financials.
? Building databases of all target funds including all portfolio companies in Europe and US, their deal leaders, CEOs, CFOs, Operating partners and their contacts.
? Extracting information on PE deals on Pitchbook and sending it to the different desks weekly, filtered by their industry, regional or functional focus.? Tracking Job Leads across the Division and acting as Project Manager for their required actions and follow up? Preparing for client meetings (extracting information from Pitchbook and online about a client prior to a meeting).? Provide spot info from Pitchbook/other lead sources as the main user and make recommendations to appropriate Team/Consultant.? Building proposals and pitch decks for consultants, including the track record + search strategy + profile recommendations + fees.? Acting Project Manager for all Divisional client/market 'events', including planning, set up and attendance? Database Management: Analysis of sales funnel to understand how successful deals came about (inputs, individuals involved, market intel sources and actions) and work with management to capitalise on and power future successes.? Add clients to CRM and accurately maintain their profiles and adjacent links (Fund vs portfolio company involvement etc.
)? Produce reports for management (e.g.
business development activity) and consultants (e.g client hotlists).? Data integrity: system audits to ensure quality of data input, training new consultants and leading "hygiene" training with current consultants.? Identifying and speaking to the CRM provider about opportunities for improvement within the systems and learning about new features and tools which and help improve processes for consultants, then managing trials and taking feedback from users.
?Tr Tracking KPIs from consultants and suggesting patterns for their productivity.? Operational Support:? Generate activity reports in CRM and PowerBI.? Act as the main point of contact for any queries relating to CRM and PowerBI.
Assist with data cleanse projects on an ad hoc basis.? Coordinate client meetings for Directors within the Practice as well as relevant internal meetings linked to client / BD preparation.? Required Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.?Proven experience in sales support or a similar role in the recruitment industry.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.?Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.?Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and report generation.?Familiarity and use of PowerBI / Salesforce.?Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.?Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.?
