As Sales Director, you'll be instrumental in scaling the business by driving sales growth, expanding the foodservice channel, and evolving the company's overall commercial strategy.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive sustainable growth within the foodservice channel.
Sales Growth: Manage and lead the sales function to grow revenue and market share, leveraging the brand's unique positioning and product offering.
Identify new opportunities for growth, including untapped customer segments, product innovation, and geographical expansion.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a small but highly effective team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Drive financial performance, with full accountability for the P&L and delivering results aligned with the company's growth objectives.
You'll be a commercially astute, proven sales-driven individual with deep experience in the foodservice sector and a proven track record of delivering growth.

Minimum 10 years in senior sales and commercial roles within FMCG, foodservice, or related sectors.
Demonstrable success in driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate others.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and financial planning.
