The client is continuously growing, therefore is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team.
Your new role As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer enquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales records, monitoring inventory and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.
What you'll need to succeed Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
Experience with ConnectWise software is advantageous but not essential.
