The Role
As our Customer Success and Sales Support administrator, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, ensuring our sales processes run smoothly and effectively.
You'll play a vital role in supporting sales operations, helping the team achieve its goals, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups, scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring all data is up-to-date and actionable.
Assist with lead generation and qualification using AI-powered tools.
Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.
Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure prospects and clients receive an exceptional experience.
Support onboarding activities for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with overall company goals.
Qualifications
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales support tools is a plus.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Experience in sales administration or customer support is a bonus but not essential.
