Sales Representative

Job Description We are working with a global pharmaceutical company to appoint a field commercial team for an Ophthalmology launch in the East of England.
Contract: 2 years (employed by CK Group).
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 estimated annual salary based on title, location, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: Drive sales through account management and promotion to Healthcare Professionals and healthcare accounts.
Develop and execute territory-specific account plans for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in England or NHS Scotland or NHS Northern Ireland.
Deliver strategic and promotional sales to achieve prescribing depth and formulary inclusion.
Identify and optimize local market access opportunities.
Deliver results against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project objectives.
Engage with and develop National and Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Use multi-channel customer engagement strategies to build long-term patient-focused relationships.
Requirements: Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) qualified.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Strong commercial acumen.
Ideal experience in Ophthalmology (desirable, not essential).
Excellent understanding of the National Health Service (NHS), ICBs, and Integrated Care Systems (ICS) structures.
Strong influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
Excellent multi-channel skills experience.
