Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity and AI solutions?
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team on  a commission-only basis .
This role offers  unparalleled independence  and the opportunity to leverage and advance your sales and management skills in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
As a Sales Development Representative with us, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients and driving growth in a niche market.
Your role will involve  high levels of contact  with clients and key decision-makers, allowing you to showcase your expertise and build valuable relationships.
We value a proactive approach and a  willingness to learn , and we expect you to be ready to  start immediately.
You will be expected to achieve a first call booking within 15 working days (or less),  demonstrating your efficiency and effectiveness in generating new business opportunities.

About the Team : We are very down-to-earth people (no corpo culture), working in this area for more than 20 years, owned three IT businesses, and contracted for thousands of jobs in the UK and the US mainly over the last 10 years.
Fully certified and trained in Microsoft AI cloud, technology and security stack with true hands-on experience, we know how to talk about, plan, and deploy these solutions.
Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong research and prospecting skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft 365 (or similar) suite: Calendar bookings (Outlook/Teams) Email and audio/video calls (Teams) Microsoft 365 Fundamentals self-study training required (content will be provided, learn in your own pace during the first 4 weeks from signing the contract) Responsibilities – in general: Lead Sourcing : Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry databases, and networking.
Cold Calling : Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media messages to introduce our services and generate interest.
Qualification : Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for the pre-sales/technical team (if required) Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Reporting : Once a week provide general update on lead generation activities and results.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Compensation, and Commission overview: Commission-only job : 10% guaranteed.
Sales Cycle : Typically, 1 - 2 months so you can expect great results.
OTE:  Projected £36k annually based on average 2 closed deals per month at average commission level.
Toolset provided for you: Microsoft 365 license with professional email, Teams, Office suite Dynamics 365 Enterprise for Sales with Sales Hub CRM and Copilot for Sales license Viva Learning platform
