We are looking for an experienced estate agent or legal professional to join our successful group of 10 offices, managing the sales pipeline of an experienced sales office.
The role entails progression from offer acceptance to exchange and completion, ensuring regular contact, updates, and impeccable customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, have a strong attention to detail and be able to deliver excellent customer service within a target driven environment.
Principle accountabilities: This role requires a hard-working individual who can ensure that transactions proceed at a good pace by liaising with vendors, purchasers, mortgage advisors, solicitors and surveyors.
Regularly keeping all parties well-informed throughout the sales transaction.
Being proactive in addressing any possible delays or disputes throughout the process.
The right candidate will: Possess good verbal and written communication skills to ensure that messages are well-received and taken coherently between all parties related to the sale.
Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment both reactively and proactively.
Have experience of working under pressure whilst delivering excellent customer service.
A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of our industrious sales team.
A driven individual with the ability to work within a target lead team and to strict deadlines.
Ideally have previous experience within the property industry or legal sector.
