About the Role If you have advanced analytical skills and program management ideally gained within a fast-growing sales organisation, then we need you on our team.
You'll take your skills and experience in advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI and will spend your days helping our Commercial Directors to build a commercial growth plan that will drive sales of our 5 star rated full fibre broadband product across the nation.
You'll utilise your excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills to make recommendations to senior leadership and the board to shape the future growth of the brsk organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing our sales programme plan and liaising with stakeholders to ensure that the program is executed against our strategic vision.
Source, analyse and structure data to develop a detailed understanding of the components within the organisation that will inform the design of a successful sales program.
Ensure the objectives are met, with regular evaluations produced to assess outcomes and identify strategies to enhance the program and scale appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the scope of projects, agree key objectives and reinforce key success metrics.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones to align with program objectives.
Drive system related development to monitor, automate and stream line functions impacting the sales program.
Lead program meetings, provide clear communication, insights and guidance to team members, stakeholders, and counterparts.
Continuously assess and improve sales plans and optimize program management processes to ensure changing circumstances and evolutions of the organisation are catered for and uptake targets are achieved.
Monitor and report on program performance and make data-driven recommendations at senior leadership levels within the organisation.
Based remotely anywhere in the UK with infrequent (expensed) travel to brsk operations across the country.
Key Requirements You are extremely proficient in Microsoft products, advanced level Excel and SQL as well as adaptable to different systems e.g.
Power Bi, QuickBase and HubSpot.
You will have proven experience in analysing and managing large and complex data sets.
You will be agile and apply ideas, methodologies and principles from various industries or environments to help solve an exciting and unique sales challenge associated to a fast-growing organisation.
You will have experience as a program manager in a fast-paced environment as well as being a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales success through effective program management.
You will be detailed orientated with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with strong understanding of sales processes, project management methodologies and tools A key part of this role is collaborating across brsk so we are looking for someone who can lead and motivate cross functional teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits Salary: up to £65,000 base Full time, permanent role Company Pension, Access to Company Share Scheme 26 days of holiday plus 8 public holidays Birthday day off!
