Sales Order Processor

Job Title: Sales Order Processor Location: East Hull Job Type: Full-time contract Salary: £11.66 per hour Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Sales Order Processor to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Duties: Receive and review incoming sales orders Verify order information for accuracy and completeness Enter orders into our database system Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt order fulfilment Generate invoices and order confirmations for customers Maintain detailed records of all sales orders and customer interactions Required Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and multitasking skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using computer systems and databases Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of order processing procedures Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Capability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team   Working Conditions: This role will primarily be based in an office environment with some flexibility in working hours during peak periods.
