My client is looking for a highly proficient Contracts & Ops Executive supports the wider sales proces by working in a team that creates and supports the processing of software licensing contracts for large and medium-sized customers.
Your role will involve fielding operationally related commercial queries, documenting requests, and resolving operational issues.
CONTRACT • Remote • 18 months PAYE contract • Additional Benefits RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Commercial Executive and Deal Desk to complete licensing contracts.
Address contract processing queries and provide contract documentation to customers and partners.
Validate, track, and ensure quality of all contracts from partners.
Prepare Customer Price Sheets with high accuracy and within set timelines.
Support deals from start to finish, minimising operational issues and enhancing processes.
The team's goal is to ensure timely, accurate processing of contracts to speed up revenue recognition.
This role involves significant work on pricing proposals, contract documents, and resolving issues with key partners.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle multiple requests with different priorities.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, managing high-pressure situations with tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Organised, with a pragmatic approach and strong interest in contracts and operations.
