Sales Office Manager - 130bed Stunning Hotel - Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire area - IRO £40K + Pension + Discounts + Parking.
I am currently recruiting for a large international chain for a Sales Office Manager based in their 154bed 4* property based on the border of Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire in the heart of the Chilterns countryside to oversee the sales and reservations office and all inbound M&E inquiries and to manage 5 staff.
The site offers event space up to 180cv capacity externally and corporate events, parties, get togethers etc and the role will look after sales also for weddings up to 100cv.
Candidates will have a strong sales office management and reservations experience and must have experience of Opera and an excellent background in reactive events and room sales within the hotel or events sector coupled with excellent people management.
